Position Summary – Account Executive
A Blanchard Account Executive is a rare coin and precious metals broker that provides investment advice and recommendations to clients seeking to add tangible assets to their financial portfolio. (Precious metals are gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion.)
During the paid training program, the position focuses on developing skills and knowledge needed to provide a wide range of investment strategies in the precious metals and rare coin industry. These skills and knowledge will prepare the new Account Executive to service his or her clients and ultimately meet the client’s financial goals.

What we are looking for
A Blanchard Account Executive is driven to be the best and they have a passion for excellence and work to exceed their clients’ expectations. In addition to this drive and passion, you will need an executive presence, interpersonal skills, a strong team orientation, and resiliency. Success as an Account Executive means you are a positive thinking self-starter. A bachelor’s degree in a business related field is strongly preferred; an MBA, JD, CPA or other related professional certification is a plus. (No license or precious metals experience required.)
Position Details – Account Executive
The new Account Executive will strive to meet performance goals, as well as the following:
Create and conduct strategies to develop and enhance client relationships
Evaluate client portfolios for adequate allocation of tangible assets
Analyze and determine client’s needs and objectives
Advise clients based on strategies and objectives
Advise clients on transactions, including buying, selling, and trading
Implement solutions agreed to by clients
Continue to review client’s portfolios and progress to his or her financial goals
Strictly adhere to rules and regulations set forth by Blanchard and Company, Inc.
